01 — Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 4 days of receiving their order. The following conditions must be met for a return to be considered:

Product must be unused
Product must be in its original condition
Product must be returned with original packaging
All accessories, labels, and contents must be included
Product must not be damaged, altered, or tampered with

Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be rejected without further processing.

To protect both our customers and business from fraudulent return activities, every returned product undergoes a thorough inspection upon arrival at our facility.

Our team will verify the condition, packaging, and contents of the returned product before approving any refund or return request.

Return approval is subject to successful inspection and verification by our quality team.

03 — Damaged / Defective Products

Damaged, defective, or incorrect products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers may be required to provide photos, videos, and order details to help us review and resolve the issue promptly.

04 — Refund Process

Refund process

Refunds will only be processed after the returned product has been received and successfully inspected by our team.

Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Actual credit timelines may vary depending on banking and payment processing systems.

05 — Non-Returnable Situations

Non-returnable situations

Returns will not be accepted in the following situations:

The product has been used or opened
The product is damaged by the customer
Original packaging is missing or damaged
Product contents or accessories are incomplete
Return request made after the 4-day return period
Fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected

06 — Order Cancellation

Order cancellation policy

Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of placement by contacting our support team via email.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

07 — Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Vedamrit currently offers Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders to provide a trusted and convenient shopping experience.

COD availability may vary depending on serviceability, pin code eligibility, and operational requirements at the time of order.
